The Students’ Association of Keyano College is organized into three levels of governance. At the top level is the students who provide the direction for the Association, they are called General Membership. The Student Governing Board is the second level, made up of elected representatives at the beginning of each academic year. The Executive Council is the final level, voted in during the second semester of each academic year. Scheduled Board Meetings
Student Governing Board meetings will take place every second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 5:00 – 6:15 PM. Candidates must be available for all meetings unless two days notice is provided to the board chair (SAKC President). A mandatory SGB Retreat will take place after the election to orient you to the new board members and the positions.
