SAKC Board of Directors

The SAKC Board of Directors is the highest governing body of the Students’ Association; all major decisions are made by the Board.

The Board consists of 11 voting members:

  • Executive Council (4)
    1. President
    2. VP Academics
    3. VP Student Affairs
    4. VP Operations and Finance
  • Directors (7)

Scheduled Board Meetings

The SAKC Board of Directors meets once a month during the academic year and as needed during the summer.


The Board of Directors term is May 1 to April 30th.

Elections are held once a year (typically in March). If all seats are not filled there is a By-election held in the following fall semester.
